Fan made remixes?

 You'd think there would be a lot of fan made music arranges and perhaps even dedicated doujin circles for cave games. Maybe I haven't looked too hard for anything but Ketsui arranges but it certainly doesn't seem common (by the way I can't find any Ketsui remixes other than the licensed ones.)

Though I can recommend CAVE ATTACK! which is published by IRON ATACK! and it's pretty good. It's strange though, considering the number of dedicated artists towards ZUN's music, there would at least be a few towards the various cave games.

Cheers. It's called "quick and dirty arrange" because I did it in about 3 days, most time went into figuring out the synth line in the intro.

There is a Cave tribute album http://vgmdb.net/album/4274 , though it has more misses than hits (the hits tho, sure are worth it). I think there may be 1 or 2 more  albums dedicated to Cave, and there are quite a few which feature some tracks. Your best bet is to search around on VGMdb.net.
While it certainly doesn't get remixed as much as it probably should given the games' popularity, at least it's more than several years ago.

 Thanks for mentioning the shmups.system11 album, I had no idea that existed.  The COOL&CREATE album might be what I'm looking for, I know I've enjoyed their music in the past.
