My buddy and fellow shmupper here in Australia just picked up his copy. He has been waiting for it for a long time so I probably won't see him again for a couple of months  :laugh:

Picked this up last night - be warned the install for this game takes over an hour!

Besides the loading times, I don't have any complaints - it's Gran Turismo as expected. :)

Yeah, after reading about all the complaints, I was a bit worried, but it plays great.  Sure, I would've liked to see the standard cars be a bit more than upscaled GT4 models, but they're not horrendous unless you zoom way in on them.  Outside of that, everything plays just as well as I would've hoped.
