Yagawa's new CAVE game [coming 2008]

Ikeda mentioned this at the Ketsui meet #3. When asked if Yagawa was helping out on DDP:DFK, Ikeda said no, and that he is "working on a different game right now".

Awesome news for the Yagawa fans out there.

It has finally been revealed what Yagawa has been doing since MMP - he's been making all of their recent Medal games! Thanks to SIN for the info (gleaned from the recent Cave meeting).

So his new "game" at the time of this topic was the medal game Uwa Uwa.

Thanks for the update EOJ (and SIN). Maybe if Yagawa does a good job on the Espgaluda II Arrange mode, he will be promoted back to working on his own STGs.

Hi Guys

I havent been on for quite awhile and just thought i would post in this thread as i didnt want to start a new one if the info is somewhere
here and i have missed it. I scanned the first few pages and had a search and this is what i have gathred for myself but would like some
fill out information from those that are more knowledgable

Ok, i havent been in the STG scene for 2 or so years now and being a BIG Yagawa fan, the last game i eagerly wantedf was Muchi Muchi Pork.

1st Question, what has Mr Yagawa done for cave since then? I have vaguegly found some info on BL modes for other games and i read on the
SHmups site he is going to work on an arange mode on ESP Galuda 2 coming in 2010 on XBox 360

What is all these ports coming out on X360 from Cave? Kestui, DoJ, M: Futuri? WTF? cmon i hate MS

for my CAVE fix

Yagawa did the Arrange mode for the upcoming Espgaluda II Black Label port for the X360. Other than that he's just done medal games for the arcades.
No MMP or Pink Sweets port has been announced, but most people expect a MMP port in some form some time soon (either X360 retail or XBLA). For info on other ports and whatnot, you'll have to spend a few minutes searching around the forums yourself.
