They're recruiting. According to a recent blog post by CAVE programmer Makoto Anjo :

They're looking for programmers, 3D graphic artists, directors, and designers. Probably for their DS/Cellphone/online crap, but who knows. I think GaijinPunch should apply!

Hard (impossible?) for your work to remain your hobby.   I often get close to burn out having it my "part time job".  I'll not bother for now. :)

Something tells me:
1) There's going to be overtime out the ass
2) those PCBs are already written over. :(
