2 bad things abouts that 1.1 ex all.
did all stages at level 3 and didnt get the death smiles master achievement.
and the real sad one is that i messed up at the replay save menu.
so i have no rec. of this run.
the jitterbug fight was really nice.
i get into powerup mode at his last pattern with counter 1000 and his lifebar didnt went down a bit.
so i had to dodge and cancle bullets like hell.
made it with no bombs till the counter hit 0.

but yeah didnt make the weekly top 10 so you couldnt download it anyway.

I beat jitterbug without bombing, but the fucker didn't drop the 1UP cake!  I guess this is the 1UP glitch they mentioned before on the CAVE blog (one that will be fixed in the upcoming patch). I managed to get through to the very end of the Tyrannosatan fight on 1 life and 3 bombs, but couldn't pull out the clear without that 1UP cake. This would have easily been a 275+mil ALL-Clear.

On the bright side, I got 191mil before the castle (my best yet), and I beat GaijinPunch's Canyon score... without going through the Canyon! 

EDIT: I watched my replay, and I think I figured out the problem - I bombed at the end of the Castle on the last set of ballroom dancers, right as the Jitterbug scene was appearing. The bomb lasted while he was on the screen (though before the fight with him started, and before his lifebar appeared). So I guess you can't use a bomb even in the last part of 4-2.

Yay! I got my revenge, and I got in the top 10 in the Arcade mode No EX overall ranking.

I made the following changes to the score chart:

-New "Overall top 5" ranking charts
-Only Arcade mode scores can be submitted in comparison to the PCB. You can submit scores for each character.
-X360 mode has its own chart, due to its significant differences in slowdown, and game rules (no restrictions on rank selection).

This run was just too good to throw away on the Canyon.  I got the counter up to 66,000 before the dragon (1-2) which is a personal record by a good 6000 or so.  Train stage was sub-par, but as the counter was 99,999, probably wasn't too bad in the grand scheme.  Death at the end of 4-1, but I did the majority of the castle at 90k+

Maybe you're thinking of HUU? He has a 362mil score, and his friend FAB has 444mil. Both are WITH the Canyon stage (mine was without the Canyon),
so they are in different scoreboards.
