From what I can tell this price list is from 2008-01-12, w/ DS listed at 168,000 yen.

Symantics maybe. I got mine for basically half of retail faster. To me, I don't care where i got it. It was new, as well. We'll see what the coming months bring... as before, there's been more than a few. I have no qualms about passing mine on when I did....especially considering how much time I dont't have these days.

One last note about the shops being a better indicator that auctions... GFront still has DS listed for 130,000 yen new... when there have been a number of new and mint/used kits selling for a little over half of that. That's extreme, but does illustrate the dichotomy of the two.

I am curious to see what the shit economy does to Cave. The Yen is strong, but bonuses and whatnot are down due to poor sales (imports hurt). Might be a good time to buy if you have a stockpile of cash.

Futari 1.5 is hard to find new (none of the shops have any instock AFAIK). Complete kits go for around $900-$1000, bare PCBs go for $800-$850. Bare PCBs rarely pop up, however. It's a bit pricier from Japanese PCB shops due to the bad exchange rate - bare Futari 1.5 PCBs are usually 90,000 yen in Japan.

With middleman fees and shipping the total will be around $840.

It would be hard to find it cheaper than that these days.

Thanks EOJ , just deciding whether to get rid of some of my stuff to fund another cave purchase , thats why i was wondering how much id get for DOJ . Ive got a feeling they may port Futari to 360 soon though , could be wrong

DDPDOJ goes for $350~$400, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, there is a possibility that Futari may get ported to the 360. But if it does get ported it won't happen for at least 1 year, and quite possibly 2 years or more from now. So you have to ask yourself if you want to wait that long (and again, it may never get ported at all, just like many older CAVE games).

They regularly sell for 130,000 yen (~$1350) on YAJ without the poster. I'd say $1400 + shipping would be a decent estimate. The game is sold out everywhere, and hard to find, especially with the poster. Not to mention it's one of Cave's best games.

That one has risen in price quite a bit. $500 if you're lucky, but more often than not, it goes for somewhere in the $600 range.

Yeah I heard that, that was a good price. You can't buy it at that price anymore though, and I just sold a bare PCB for over $1000 (very quickly).

Just a tip, seems like Legend can get new factory kit DDP 1.5 (no poster) for 1330USD again. Apparently, a company (?) bought up the whole stock some time ago and are now selling this at a higher price?. (I got this information from Joey @ Legend).
