That's a great price for a Kuro kit these days! The bad: The box is a normal Cave/AMI box that is thrashed and doesn't have the inserts (so it is worth very little), the movestrip has a chunk ripped off, and the instructions are a copy. The good: the POP and A4 Marquee look to be in good condition, and those are worth at least a few hundred dollars on their own.
The really good: the PCB itself looks to be in great condition, and the serial has an IB- prefix so it is among the first 100 produced (not a later "converted" board sold by Cave. I have seen several Futari, Pink Sweets and Mushi Tama PCBs converted into Ibara Kuros, for example).
The really REALLY good (and the most important): the game itself is fantastic. I appreciate and enjoy it even more now than I did when I played it 10 years ago. It is right up there with MMP among my favorite STGs.

MMP kit CD and flyer sold for 6,750 yens. I now have the complete kit (minus a box

Do you have that little piggy mascot / keychain? That's the last piece missing from my MMP kit.
