So suddenly everyone thinks North Korea is terrible for not having "proper" arcades, when these same "everybody" people barely have arcades of their own/refuse to acknowledge their own arcade's existence?

People think North Korea is terrible in general for a variety of reasons, in case you didn't know. Not having a proper Arcade isn't on the top of the list. It is just surprising they have an arcade at all, hence this thread.
