The least probable console port
« on: April 26, 2009, 09:44:00 AM »
I read a bunch of posts about the games that Cave might port in the upcoming months.

Assuming that the next ports are as good as the latest Deathsmiles it gets pretty tricky to invest in PCB.

Then what would be the best long term investment at the moment? One of the Yagawa's games maybe...

Progear is even less likely and close to absolutely impossible because of Capcom owning the rights for the game.

I thought you were talking about console ports...?

If Mame does count as a port, then every single game will get a "port" someday. Just be patient.  :righton:

True, so let's say non-emulated and never ported games

Pink Sweets and Ibara Kuro Black Label. Those games will probably never be ported.

Dondonpachi campaign version.

The other rare pcbs for contest winners probably won't be ported or ever appear in mame.

Atlus even more so than Capcom.

What about Muchi Muchi Pork?

The design of this one is quite special and in my opinion dedicated to a smaller audience than DS or Mushi for instance.
