How do i get the Deathsmiles MBL test menu?

  Can't read Japanese so i'm not sure if there is a special way to get into the test screen.  I want to set it up for free play.  i have it in a Namco Cyberlead cab with a JVS to JAMMA adaptor and the service button on the cab won't take me there. any help would be great

Power up the game, and once you get to the copyright screen (or any time after that) press and hold the tiny black button circled in yellow in the pic below:

Indeed, it needs the service button holding down for 3-4 seconds.  Damn IKD games and this "hold the service button" malarkey
