LOL, seriously.

CAVE should fucking put out a Mushi Black Label DVD.  I'd love to see superplays of each and every mode.  Hell, they should've done that for a Mushi 360 LE.

BTW SPS's comment this time was "made my personal best, but I won't retire."

I am not sure if this was done on the ps2 or the pcb, but BGR-44 got 2.1 billion in DOJ:

Just a sliver below the record… He speculates that up to 2.28 billion might be possible, but from what I gather he isn't going to return to this game.

MFBL - Palm - 6,005,413,970 - ZAP - ALL (Lx4, Bx2), No spiritual Larsa

Also, ABI said he's not going to send his 545 mil WR in Futari 1.5's Original mode (w/ Reco) into Arcadia because "the individual application form is too much of an inconvenience". He says he'll work hard on the port. I'm sure he'll be at the top of the ranking there, in Original mode.

Are you sure that's with Casper? That's pretty obsolete now, as SIN has the record of 1.3+bil posted awhile back (almost 2 months ago). Maybe he didn't submit it to Arcadia?

Yep it's accurate.

There's a number of scores that stand out as not having been submitted.  Such as the 6 billion MFBL God mode score.  Maybe that'll be next month though.

I'd be surprised if ZAP's score isn't in the next one as he just got that. SIN's score is 2 months old, and ABI is apparently too lazy to submit WR scores any more so he just posts them online with video.

Excellent update! Dame K.K increased the records for Tsuujou loop almost twofold, and that Progear score is nuts.

LOL, SIN has had better scores in DS II ver 4.00 w/ both characters for at least a month (1.39bil w/ Casper, 1.5+bil with Lei). Proof:

Maybe they'll show up next month, or maybe he just doesn't submit them anymore.

Arcadia mentioned that they had almost no score submissions for DS 2 4.0, not even enough to fill out the character slots.  : /

That's weird. It seems pretty popular at A-Cho arcade (every time I go there the "today's high score" is over 1 bil).

I think the lack of DS II scores was just because they were right in the middle of the version transition really.  We should see more scores next month.

Slight improvement on ABI's Futari 1.5 Original Reco WR. Not sure if this was done on the PCB or X360 port (he doesn't specify):

http://abi123.blog110.fc2.com/

He keeps saying 555mil is the theoretical max (and is possible), and he seems hellbent on getting there, so we'll see.

HOLY SHIT!!!

 :o :o :o

After Stage 3: B,450,000
Before Last Boss: J,850,000

The funny thing is that he had K,150,000 before the last boss during another credit which ended at Z,900,000...

After 7 months I thought he would've given up already, what a great comeback! Archer also says that this will be his last score and that he's officially retiring from playing Ibara.

CONGRATULATIONS ACR!

Damn, what a player. Congulatulations indeed.

The 340M Progear score from last month is quite impressive too, from 308 only 4 months earlier. Will he push it any higher?

I've got a student named Kaito who uses those kanji, so it could be that reading, but it's probably 'kaijin' as in the mermen in the game. I always thought it was pretty wicked that someone named their kid Merman.
