Apparently there are just bombs when you are in bomb mode, though since there is no 'bomb' button, maybe you have to press the hyper button? We'll have to wait and see.

But you are right, people who have played it thus far say the system reminds
them a lot of DDP2 Bee storm.

Notice how your laser can push aside and overpower other lasers?
Looks somewhat similar to Border Down in that regard.

Other than the drab character designs, it looks good.  Very DDP (bullets, patterns, ships).  Everyone should quit bitching.

What I means is how are the buttons laid out. Espy 2's POP/how to play shows D below A whereas this looks like 4 in a row. I know it makes no difference but I'm anal like that.
