-Graphics have been slightly altered and recolored for high definition purposes.
-The first 6 stages are lacking slowdown, but there is plenty of slowdown during the boss fights.
-When you get to the Canyon, Ice Palace, Castle, and Ballroom, it is the opposite. The stage has plenty of slowdown, but the bosses are lacking slowdown.

In the "Normal" Arcade mode (of the first Deathsmiles) you can't do the tutorial gem glitch.

Does anyone know the differences of the "normal" version? I have found the differences of the arcade, 1.1 and MGL but that normal one.

I finished FFVII Remake, and then also went on and played through the Intergrade DLC. I really enjoyed both. Took me about 29 hours to do FFVII, then a bit over 4 hours for the DLC. Looking forward to FFVII Remake Part 2!

I was in the mood for some MMP this week so I gave 1.01 a whirl with Rafute. First 2-ALL in many years, and I beat my old 311mil score from 2011! Still don't know what I'm doing the the second loop.

I am looking to print some of the arcade artwork (marquees, move strips and instruction card) for my Cab and maybe a custom CP overlay and backlit header panel. I have been wondering if there exists somewhere a repository of hi resolution cave artwork scans for all generations of cave releases? Ideally the arcade stufff but interested in anything that's available really.

If anyone knows of place where this can be found that would be great if not I'm happy to try and collate any artwork into a single place for people to find easily.

As a followup to this:


I did my best to make adjustment for the MAME driver to have it behave similar to the actual hardware, but need people to test it out to see if there's anything weird here, or if it seems good to you.

This only change here is for the Blitter logic, which means that CPU slowdown (which is the majority of CV1K slowdown) is not changed here.

To help out:
- Grab the modified binary at: http://site.buffis.com/mame/ and test it on CV1K games
Alternatively build it yourself from: https://github.com/buffis/mamefork
- See if this seems more accurate to actual PCBs compared to regular MAME, and if theres any weird things happening.

IMPORTANT
CPU slowdown is still the majority of slowdown, so I'd recommend experimenting with CPU% slider in combination with this (try 50% or 60% or something, I dunno). Its not an accurate representation of CPU slowdown, but it will be closer than nothing.

I recall there was a bug-fixed version of this too. Not sure if they changed the MASTER VER for that. I remember people had to send their boards back to CAVE to get it done, soon after release.
