I accidentally found a way to delete these from the PCB. Go into the screen settings in the test menu. Choose "load default setting". Restart the game. Now Harahara and Manpuku are gone. Fear not, you can get these modes back by inputting the codes again (see
here), and they will stay there after a power down.
