DDP is exactly the same as ESP Rade. Donpachi is assumed to be the shorter box Atlus used at the time but I've never seen one with serials to confirm.

There is also a DFK Black Label kit given to IremFan for doing some work for CAVE.

The PCB is signed with Ikeda's initials and a date. It also includes the company brochure. I'll try to take pics of that soon.

Glad to see Mushi 1.5 pics got added. I was just about to dig my kit out for a photo shoot but actually read the whole thread.
