Cave default high score initials and their hidden meanings.

DODONPACHI: It looks like there should be something there, but I can't figure it out.

PROGEAR no ARASHI: Same problem as DDP.

The ddp initials are the from the top scores of the donpachi players at the time ddp was made.

OSD = laos (A-wr holder)
H.S = eventually scored 59.9 million (B-wr holder)
OSS = oshida kumi (I think) (C-wr holder)
NAI = sof-zbl-nai
OKS = not sure

A cool thing about the ddp default high score is the ships displayed are the same ship types the players achieved the high scores with in donpachi. The scores are also the world record donpachi scores at the time, divided by 10. My guess is the max hit is the year they got the score.

The same kind of thing also happens in the DOJ scoreboard.  YDX had the top score at 729m in ddp at the time DOJ came out, so his initials are at the top of the default DOJ scoreboard.

i just noticed the mushi-tama's default board, if you read it horizontally, is the names of the cats in uo poko :lol:

i think it's cool that cave recognises their most talented fans in this way.  does anyone know the default table for DFK?
