I have some questions regarding the innards of the stick.  What type of screws fasten it together, is it the same as the TE where they use hex screws?

Also the LS32-01, does it have a 5 pin connector or does it use the 4 micro-switches, and does it use the SS restrictor plate?  I would like to know in case I need to replace it in the event it breaks (assuming I manage to purchase an EX-SE in the first place).

Thanks for helping

LS-32-01 = 5-pin connector
LS-32 = microswitches with blade connectors

Both types have the same mounting holes, but when you buy the -01 it comes with the SS plate. The other one comes with RE plate (the flat one).

Ok, so it does have the -01 correct?

Yes.

I've had 2 of the EX-SE sticks and they both have the regular LS-32 (not -01). The wires are soldered to the microswitches. I don't think the -01 can be used because the pcb is not common ground.

Sorry. The question asked was a bit confusing, so I though he was asking which Seimitsu model had the SS plate only.
