Yeah, seems those are just for the recent posts, not to advance topic pages. I'm not sure how to change that.

I added an "ignore user" mod today. So now you can ignore the posts of anyone you choose.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but I noticed that when you click on the link in the topic reply notification emails, it doesn't take you to the first new post since you last viewed.  I'm using Firefox.
