Getting past Stage 2 boss is hard but the strategy I use is to Hadou Gun the second form, then on the last form I will focus on blowing off the wheels, then die and just let the boss roll away. Not worth trying to suffer through form 2 or the last form when there is a lot more points to be had by just surviving to the next stage.

Sorry I've been really pushing on Normal mode lately so I didn't get any higher than this on Harder. Harder really drives me up a wall because I rarely ever even get past Stage 2. :I

Got to the second form of the boss. I'm pretty sure they don't intend for you to actually beat it. Might have stood a chance if I hadn't been bombing through the level though.
