Yeah I was not impressed. The weird thing is that I get this all the damn time with DFK 1.5 and BL. The internet where I'm at currently isn't the best but I very, very rarely get kicked off with the other games (have yet to see it at all with MMP/PS). Maybe Cave did something different with the network code in this release that makes it more finicky?

Guess I'll just have to revert to playing this game offline. It's just that I find the online leaderboards so much more motivating.

Nice job EOJ. Taking a break from MMP/PS? I've been getting bored with B-Power and have been trying out Bomb, Strong, and Arrange as well. I won't be satisfied though until I break 900 billion in Power. How are you finding scoring in Bomb? The few credits I've tried I found it's hard for me to get used to the slow charging red meter.

The bomb styles are a lot harder to score in, and I find some of them harder to 1CC too. I like both A-Power and C-Power a lot, but C-Power just fits like a glove for me, so I'm going to stick with that for a bit. I also like that the C-Power world record is just over 1 trillion, so there's not so much hyper-bullet milking needed for high scores.

I'm not too interested in B-Power right now. I've watched the 1.9trillion B-Power superplay run, and it hasn't inspired me to get back into the ship type. If you want to break 900bil w/ B-Power just learn the stage 4 boss milking. You can get a couple hundred billion from that alone, and it's not too hard.

My internet decided to play nice today.

Replay is up on the 1.5 leaderboards. I got extremely lucky I didn't get blasted at the start of the stage 3 boss and if I would have popped my hyper a second earlier on the last pattern of the stage 5 boss I would have seen Hibachi.

I also completely and utterly choked at the start of Golden Disaster (like...embarrassingly so) but still managed to luck my way to a clear. I play a really safe game and I think if I played even a tad more risky I could get past 1 trillion but I think I'll move on to PS/MMP now.

ISO's 1 trillion point superplay DVD run really made me see how awesome this ship type is, and I find it so fun to use. I still like C-Power too, but I find the last bosses really difficult to 1CC with it, so I'll probably just stick with C-Bomb.
