OK, I got the 1CC in Pulstar. No miss clear.

I also cleared the first loop in Last Resort for the first time today, and got up to 2-2. My name turned up empty because I didn't enter the letters fast enough. Oh well.

I started playing Pulstar about a week ago, and I'm really loving it. Easily my favorite STG on the Neogeo (I also really like Last Resort). Trying to get the 1CC. So far I have gotten up to the end of the last stage:
1,031,410 - Stage 8 - ACA NEOGEO (Xbox Series X)
Pretty brutal when you lose a life in this game. In some stages I can recover, but in this run I couldn't recover at the end of ST8.

It's been over 6 months since Livewire introduced the laser bug into DFK BL and DFK BL Arrange. They still have not fixed it, but I found this reddit comment from 3 weeks ago:

The user stated they contacted Livewire about a month ago and alerted them to the issue, and Livewire said they would investigate. We'll see. In the meantime, I've had to pull my X360 out of the closet just to play DFK BL.
I also have the cart for DFK on Switch (which is v 1.0.4; the patched version is 1.0.7), but when I try to launch the game I get a message saying I must first download the patch.

BTW, for those wishing to play these and other Neogeo games on the current consoles, the Xbox ACA versions of these games are a lot better than the PS4/PS5 ones. They have 4 save state slots + 1 quick save (vs only 1 quick save on the Sony versions), a rewind function, output at 4k instead of 1080p, and have various other bells and whistles (CRT filter, etc.) not on the Sony versions. Input lag might be a frame better on Xbox, but I don't know for sure.
From what I've read the Switch ACA games are the same as the PS4/PS5 versions (maybe with an extra frame of input lag?), but I don't own any of those.
