really fucked off because i lost the chain after the first midboss (recurring problem), but otherwise, it was straight chained

really excited now though because i've been practicing white label this evening, and i have a much better way of doing that first midboss in 1-5, but it means doing the beehive in a riskier way as i wont have a hyper due for a short while.  but i'd rather get fucked off with me dying, than me losing the chain because the game doesn't like me.

and i've learnt how to chain the diagonal platforms on 1-4  so i could probably get a 1000 hit chain going before the 1up turret.  bit easier than i thought it would be, but it requires a lot of chain "stalling".  i don't know if i'll need to suicide on the 1-3 boss though, to keep things manageable.  it would be amazing if i could chain the whole first loop ... one step at a time though
