Thanks. Looks like I was spot-on with my estimates for SDOJ.

I'm wondering if TAC is using rank control methods in his top-scoring runs, and what his end bonus is. If he lost more than two lives on the 30 billion run there's definitely a solid route improvement in place compared to what we've seen so far.

I added a DSMBL Follett score from SPE I found on the Xbox leaderboards today. Lots of great scores on the online leaderboards, but it's hard to keep track of them all!

Nothing new here except a DDPDFK BL Type A Bomb score by Niboshi (1,043,612,115,989) which I will add to the tables.

Incidentally, SPE has said with this score he is done with Follett in Deathsmiles and will move on to other targets.

I do not understand why you expect higher scores than are listed here when you link to a video that is less than the WR. That video is with Type 3 (and done on the PCB), and is 36 mil less than the WR by AKF. The best score I've seen on the X360 version with Type 3 is 525mil, which is PHA's run on the official Superplay DVD (you can watch it here). It is hard to find good scoring runs with Types 1 or 2; the top scores on the X360 leaderboards with these ships are quite a bit lower than the best scores done on the PCB.

Moreover, SIN's replay on the official superplay DVD for Akai Katana Shin (using type 2) tops the Arcadia score by quite a bit: 7,241,623,000. It is also to be found on the 360 leaderboards afaik.

From what I understand the Nesica version of Shin is a bit different, so the scores aren't comparable IMO. I would like to add all of the port arrange mode scores some time, but I haven't gotten around to it.

Well the differences in this case are in the game system, not in something like slowdown accuracy.

I had a list of the differences but can't seem to find them now. I'll have to search a bit.

However, in general I do not think scores on ports should be compared on the exact same level as the PCBs, except in some special cases. Ditto for MAME scores. That is why I list my own scores done on the PCBs and ports separately in my high score thread.
