DDP - Resurection + EspGaluda II on Android? Yes or No?

Ok, so I'm getting ready to get either an Acer A500 tablet or an Ipod Touch, besides all the usual stuff, to play these mobile versions of our favorite games.  I know they are both already available on the Apple App Store, but I run into strangeness with the Android Market.  When I go to the Android Market website, they are available to buy (albeit with japanese text), HOWEVER, when I accessed the Android Market through my gf's Kindle Fire, they weren't available.  Can someone please answer this?  ARE or ARE THEY NOT available to download on a normal Android operating system?

It depends on the device.  Blame Android's fragmentation.

Ok, let's say I was thinking about buying an Acer Iconia A500.  Would they be available to play on that device?  Comes with 3.2, but 4.0 is available for it as well.
