Cave interviews seem to be all the rage these days...

Again, another fairly unfulfilling interview, but better than the last couple of attempts at least.

The thing that it wasn't all about Iphone development and titles, is what i found good in it. Furthermore, it gives a nice introduction to CAVE.
Of course we didn't learn anything new,but at least it's a nice read, especially for newcomers.

Read their other interviews.  They never tell the truth about anything....ever.  Even the DDP Campaign shit just recently.  I fully expect them to announce next week their a console & phone game developer only.

I thought Cave already confirmed (earlier this year) that they were working on an original 360 title?  That interview seems to suggest it hasn't even started yet.

The great thing about a small (startup type) company is that they can do whatever the hell they want if it makes them money, and not be held accountable to fan hype like larger companies that play the PR game.  I see Cave as no different than this, and will probably guarantee them being around for a long while.

BTW: the whole DDP Campaign thing was probably a tounge in cheak comment that they have no interest in porting it so stop asking, and the guy who wrote about it in his blog doesn't have the social aptitude to tell the difference.

A few different guys wrote about it, and I watched it live online and heard Cave's comments too. Shmup.com forum member Erhune was in attendance at the meeting as well, and he is another person who confirmed their comments about DDP Campaign. Nothing tongue in cheek about it.

As GP said, sure, Cave could be lying. They've done it plenty of times in the past.

In connection to cave headquarters, I am wondering if it is possible to get that plexiglass with the Cave logo. I meant the plexiglass of the front hall:



I guess It will perfectly fit close to the candy cab
