Deathsmiles II port slowdown accuracy

I've tested the game multiple times with each character. I really cannot find any slowdown differences in the X360 port, it seems to be 1:1 with the arcade version, which I played extensively over a period of 5 months while in Japan last year.

EDIT/UPDATE: The patched version has reduced slowdown. Overall the slowdown is about 80-90% accurate with Windia, Casper, and Supe, and about 70% accurate with Lei. The ruins stage has over 50% of the slowdown removed when playing with Lei. Not great, but still OK if you aren't playing with Lei.
