Loke test versus Master differences

This should be fun:

-Death Smiles: AM Show (and presumably Loke Test version) did not allow the player to carry the 1000 counter and trigger fever mode at will.  When the counter hit 1000, into fever mode you went.

-ESPGaluda II: Stage 1 boss patterns different.   Madara absent from stage 2

Mushi Futari 1.0 (first loke test): multiplier did not reduce during boss fights in Maniac mode.

The original "You can do it" voice sample from the first game was in the AM Show version.
